03.Payments
3.1 Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms and conditions. We do not store your payment card details.
3.2 One-Time Payment
TOEFLAIR offers time-based access through one-time payments (not subscriptions). After purchasing, you receive full access to all premium features for the selected duration (1, 3, or 6 months). There is no auto-renewal — your access simply expires at the end of the purchased period.

TOEFLAIR offers a free tier with limited access to practice questions. No payment information is required to use the free tier.
04.Refund Policy
4.1 General Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the purchase date, no questions asked.
4.2 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of your purchase and include the email address used for checkout.
Refunds are processed via Stripe and may take a few business days to appear on your original payment method. Upon a full refund, your premium access will be automatically revoked.

- You should use the Service as a supplementary practice tool, not as the sole basis for your exam preparation.
